hello from Nova Scotia
I’m in my hometown in small-town Nova Scotia right now, music directing for a children’s theatre camp. It’s giving my music fundamentals a work-out, which I love, and I’m also learning a lot about working with a team and about teaching. The kids are absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to see the show come together. The only downside is that it’s way more than a normal work week so I haven’t had much time for other projects, such as the radio drama and the rough drafts for the album. I did rock out a little the other night though and do a bit of recording as well… I will post that soon I hope.
In the meantime, here’s photo from a swim I had with my dad the other night. Oh, how I’d missed the Atlantic. Someday I’ll join the rest of the songwriters out here and write a song about it, or boats, or something.
